The best Cluely alternatives in 2026
Updated November 2, 2026

We make incogno, so it’s listed first. Every other entry is described from that product’s own website, checked on 2 November 2026.

Live in-call assistants: closest to Cluely
incogno
A desktop overlay for Mac and Windows that transcribes the call live and answers your questions in real time. Stealth mode is included on every plan, including the 30-minute free trial, and Windows 10 is supported alongside Windows 11. Normal is $39.99 a month and Pro $79.99 ($29.99 and $49.99 in India). Best for people who need help during calls with the overlay kept off their screen share, without paying for a top tier. See incogno vs Cluely.
Convo
A bot-free desktop overlay aimed at sales and customer-success calls, with real-time suggestions on its Professional plan. Its help center says the overlay “stays hidden from screen sharing by default”. Runs on macOS 14 or later and Windows 10 or later. There’s no free plan: Starter is $29.99 a month ($22.49 billed annually) and Professional $69.99 ($52.49 billed annually). Best for sales reps who want live guidance on calls.
Pluely
A lightweight overlay for macOS, Windows and Linux that runs free on your own AI provider keys. Paid plans bundle models and transcription at $15 or $35 a month, or $120 once for lifetime access on your own keys. It claims the overlay is invisible in screen shares on every plan, including Free. Best for technical users who are comfortable managing their own API keys.
Bot-free notetakers: help after the call
Granola
An AI notepad that combines your own notes with a transcript into clean notes as soon as the meeting ends, with chat you can use during or after it. No bot joins; it runs on Mac, Windows, iOS and Android. The Basic plan is free with 30 days of history, and Business is $14 per user a month. Granola makes no screen-share-hiding claim and offers optional transparency features instead. Best for people in back-to-back meetings who want great notes.
Krisp
Noise cancellation and accent conversion during calls, plus a bot-free AI note-taker with an optional bot. Available on Mac, Windows, iOS, Android and as a browser extension. There’s a 7-day free trial; Core is $16 a month ($8 billed annually) and Advanced $30 ($15 billed annually). Best for anyone whose main problem is call audio quality.
Otter.ai
The best-known transcription and notes service. Its Notetaker joins Zoom, Google Meet and Teams as a visible participant, and its desktop and mobile apps can also record without a bot. The Basic plan is free with 300 minutes a month; Pro is $16.99 a month ($8.33 billed annually). Live in-call coaching is Enterprise-only. Best for teams that want searchable transcripts and don’t mind a visible notetaker.
Interview-focused assistants
These tools are built mainly for job candidates and suggest answers during live interviews. Most market their stealth modes as undetectable. Check the interview’s rules before relying on any of them: ParakeetAI’s own terms, for example, prohibit using it in any interview where AI assistance is prohibited or must be disclosed.
Final Round AI
A desktop interview assistant that listens to live interviews and suggests answers, with practice interviews and automatic debriefs. Runs on Mac and Windows 10 or later. There’s a free plan; live help needs a paid plan at $150 a month, or $25 a month billed annually.
LockedIn AI
A live interview copilot with mock interviews, a human-helper mode and a set of free career tools. Runs on Windows 10 or later, macOS 13.1 or later, and in a web app. It offers a free 10-minute trial; paid prices are shown in local currency and vary by region.
